Sofia Kleve

Sofia Kleve is VP for Quality and Environment in Volvo Group Operations, responsible for the European and Brazil manufacturing system. Sofia joined AB Volvo in 2008 with focus on quality and environment and has an extensive experience within manufacturing as well as quality. Before joining AB Volvo Sofia spent around 10 years as production and plant manager having started the carrier as process and project engineer mainly in the building material industry.
Sofia’s background also include experiences within software developing, business system exchange, teaching and project leadership.
